graduated in social sciences and spiritual knowledge.
For over twenty years has practiced meditation and she is always been interested in eastern disciplines.
Studied in London where she began to get closer to eastern philosophies. In this invisible, but real and reassuring world, she rediscovered her mystical and karmic roots: in the maternal line she is descendant from Saint Teresa Eustochio Verzeri.
Took shelted and practiced for many years Tibetan Buddhism within the Karma Kagyu tradition (Karmapa lineage) and received Shinay meditation techniques.
As a volunteer and scholar, spent a few months in Pomaia at the most important Buddhist centre in Italy and one of the largest in Europe. From The Lama Tzong Khapa Institute being in close contact with monks, she learned their teachings.
She attended an extended Vipassana meditation course with Mr John E. Coleman who has met many of the most famous masters in our time: among others J. Krishnamurti, D.T. Suzuki e Savagyi U Ba Khin, who was afterwards his guru.
Travelled a lot and came in contact with the culture of different countries, thus acquiring familiarity and knowledge of traditions and religions.
During her stay in Cambodia she formed her personal and religious conscience, making contact with situations arising from that particular political and social time, strongly conditioned by the war. During that time she studied the Tibetan religion by attending the Cambodian monasteries.
India, country of thousand facets, has been a very important journey and represented a profound spiritual and personal development.
Spent time in various Ashram in Southern India; in these spiritually highly qualified contexts, she learned lessons that led to a discernment of a unique density and depth:
– In the presence of Sri Mata Amritanandamayi – Amma – and had the gift of His unlimited compassionate love.
– In Auroville has experienced peace coupled with precision that, according to the teachings of Sri Aurobindo and Mère, are the foundation of all great creative act.
– In the Ramana Maharshi ashram, the silence, the noble silence for excellence!
– In The Bhaktivedanta Manor founded by George Harrison, is the largest UK Centre of the International Society for Krishna Consciousness ( ISKCON). She became familiar with the teachings of autentic Vedic scriptures of A.C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada.
From some teachers learned musical techniques, starting this creative process and giving a new look to a love for music that already felt inside.
Has attended karnatic singing workshops with masters such as Pandit Ritwik Sanyal, Sayiduddin Dagar and Neela Bhagwat.
She is collaborated with Paolo Tofani ( AREA) alias Krisna Prema das in the Duo DARSAN project.
She is worked with several associations, projects, foundations as public relations person because of her communicative skills and emphytive .
So… she is actually working, doing collaborations, studying and always seeking the flame that never goes out …
And the journey continues…
